But my work has never been about simply teaching people where to click. Before I recommend training, technology, or AI, I want to understand how people actually work. Where are the bottlenecks? My Epic credentials include Ambulatory, Beacon, Research, Provider Essentials, and Cogito, and I have experience working with healthcare professionals across clinical and operational settings.
